Concerned about the proposed Promenade?

Are you aware of the plans for a 1.4 million + sq. ft development, about the size of Arundel Mills, proposed to be built near the heart of Catonsville? Your elected officials have been invited to hear our concerns at a Catonsville-wide community meeting.

The proposed development plans include 12 to 13 story buildings for offices, a hotel and 250 to 300 condos, a grocery store, a Target, other large anchor stores, and lots more, including 4,500 parking spaces.

With main entrances at the traffic lights at the Wilkens Avenue and Frederick Road beltway ramps, and additional entrances off of Valley and Bloomsbury, imagine the traffic impact! Other concerns include effects on quality of life, loss of green space, impact on schools and local businesses, uncertain viability of high-end stores, urbanization of our community, and loss of neighbors.

To learn more about the development, its ramifications, and what you can do to positively influence the future of Catonsville, come join us on:
